How refunds actually work

Chama doesn't fill? Refunded, automatically.

If your group doesn't hit its target within 24 hours, everyone gets their money back to their wallet — no forms, no waiting.

Event cancelled? You're covered.

If a merchant or Linka cancels an event, every ticket holder is refunded to their wallet automatically.

If your ticket goes unscanned at an event that took place, it isn't refundable — same as any ticketed event. Cancellations and unfilled Chamas are the only two ways money comes back.
